Pros & Cons
Very inclusive, and welcoming. Everyone in my experience has been helpful and accommodating.
The flexibility and openness each member has, the corporate culture revolves around empowering individuals instead of revolving around a strict micro-management type of workplace
Ability to easily rotate between teams and learn about new aspects of the organisation
The flexibility of working a hybrid role.
With many employees working from home on some days it makes it difficult to consistently develop my skills and learn from other experienced employees.
Each team is fairly independent, you don't really get to mix with different teams in the business.

The company consistently advertises the roles available to all employees. We all have a chance to move up in the department or change positions if we wish. This company actively supports communication between everyone in all departments and allows for training within the internal college or external college.
This company works closely with charity organisations such as the Smith Family and runs many charitable events to help support this charity and others. Personal fundraising through fun personal challenges is also conducted. I have only been in this company for a short time but these initiatives are very important to everyone involved.
Company culture is brilliant, emphasis on the hierarchy is removed, the feeling of having a boss is mitigated and instead, there are truly leaders to follow
As far as I saw the company wants diversity within its team in order to have a well-round company culture and corporate experience. Recruitment is taken very seriously and all people are considered important and valued in the company. The company is very flexible with leave and supports retention within the company to keep its employees happy and satisfied.
The company takes its environmental footprint into consideration and has options for waste disposal to help with this. The office is mostly paperless and uses biodegradable soaps and coffee pods.
